Offices the get Weave will love it but you are fighting an uphill battle. C-Suite execs look at you like cattle (which lets be honest you are their best marketing tool they have) as long as they hit their targets they're good! Good job to cut your teeth but not a long term option in my opinion. They are trying to approve a program to increase your base pay by performance but nothing official yet. They have a hard time keeping talent in outbound.

Nobody at the company hits quota. They have the comp structure set up so that the top 5 % get paid well and nobody else has a good payout.
