I love Weave, great culture and company. They don’t offer any raises, anyone who started in 2023 as an account executive will have a 55k base.

Overall experience went downhill the last year and a half, when they hired the VP of sales. They restructured the entire organization to save money, and the company might show it’s in the black for shareholders, but it looks like short term gains.

Very sink or swim on outbound. They will not promote outbound reps to inbound anymore. Seems that they are not promoting to director roles either. Some people have a knack for it and can do very well. However, on outbound only 7 people (out of 130) can hit the quota they've set month over month.
