Poor. They lied about OTE. Told me that 60% of reps make over $120,000 which is far from the truth. Top guys on my team made like $115,000. There were people making $180,000+ but in the end it was a glorified call center. Just calling every day, 50+ SMB medical offices. Nothing strategic, just spraying and praying. Overall experience went downhill the last year and a half, when they hired the VP of sales. They restructured the entire organization to save money, and the company might show it’s in the black for shareholders, but it looks like short term gains.

Weave is a solid company to work for as a whole. PMF is top tier, leadership and culture is top tier. Base is very low and there’s no progression plan to increase.
