Poor. They lied about OTE. Told me that 60% of reps make over $120,000 which is far from the truth. Top guys on my team made like $115,000. There were people making $180,000+ but in the end it was a glorified call center. Just calling every day, 50+ SMB medical offices. Nothing strategic, just spraying and praying. Offices the get Weave will love it but you are fighting an uphill battle. C-Suite execs look at you like cattle (which lets be honest you are their best marketing tool they have) as long as they hit their targets they're good!
