Overall experience went downhill the last year and a half, when they hired the VP of sales. They restructured the entire organization to save money, and the company might show it’s in the black for shareholders, but it looks like short term gains.

Pay is not transparent during hiring process. They set a quota only to have a “minimal quota”. The consistency of quota attainment is very inaccurate and not backed by average performance.

Weave is a solid company to work for as a whole. PMF is top tier, leadership and culture is top tier. Base is very low and there’s no progression plan to increase.
