Really mislead in the hiring process. They talked a lot about DEI and culture. Which is true for a lot of the company but missing in the Sales team. Heard and saw so much homophobic and racist things. The math for OTE does not add up either. When brought up to the head of sales he could not answer how it was $60k off. Leads are usually already being worked or recycled from 2 months prior. Would avoid.

Good job to cut your teeth but not a long term option in my opinion. They are trying to approve a program to increase your base pay by performance but nothing official yet. They have a hard time keeping talent in outbound.

Offices the get Weave will love it but you are fighting an uphill battle. C-Suite execs look at you like cattle (which lets be honest you are their best marketing tool they have) as long as they hit their targets they're good!
