Great people to work with. Comp is pretty good but leads are low and slow. Not enough people hitting quota. Product falls closest to training which doesn't get a ton of attention or budget.

Walkme have it in place a very tough compensation plan for 2023, paying reps only 50% of their compensation rate until they’ve attained 50% of quota. Long sales cycles, and very long deployments in land accounts before expansion is possible, make it challenging to reach quota.
