You have to get extremely lucky with a good territory to have a chance at hitting quota consistently. Verkada does a poor job of spreading opportunity across reps equally through data driven decisions. Most are doomed from the start.

I've had mostly great experiences so far. Leadership is motivated to change previous shortcomings and has some so, the product team has serious upwards trajectory in the market, and the SE team is treated with respect, had their impact seen, and has a great work life balance.

The organization offers so many tools for you to succeed. I see the biggest gap in getting hired into a territory with limited opportunity, and there are a dozen or so sales leaders in my office who simply can't sell.
