They’re completely stuck in the do whatever it takes and say whatever you have to to get the deal across no matter what the customer feels like after sales culture. I feel dirty going to work here everyday. I never should have taken this role.

The mantra here is to effective build up a pool of glorified BDRs and use your Sales Managers to close the deals.
