For any tenured rep, avoid like the plague. Nobody is happy or doing well except for a very select few. Base pay and OTE are both far under industry standard. Whether you have success or not is 95% based on the patch you are given. Recently put tons of reps on PIPS.
Product is much better than almost everyone in the market but you are the most expensive in every deal cycle and most will have to completely replace their system to use Verkada effectively (even with recent product updates).
Have to sell through channel on every deal, not allowed to sell direct which can completely crush a deal if you put the wrong partner on or the channel isn't built up in your patch.
Some good people remaining but hiring has gone downhill over the past couple years and leadership is floundering.
If you're interviewing, ask about churn and exactly what patch you will cover/if the previous rep hit consistently.
