If you’re going to take an SDR role, aim for one that has a higher base pay with a comp plan. Recruiting will sell you on the ability to promote within 6 months, which isn’t a reality for everyone. My overall experience was ok. I’m in the enterprise corporate space and during the interview they said quota arraignment was 40% but that’s beside of SLED. The corporate enterprise space attainment is under 10%. Once off ramp no one hits and they play favorites. Quote are the same despite TAM so the reps that do hit have the most customers.
