Verkada is a the worst company I've ever worked for from top to bottom. The executive leadership has maxed out their ability to adapt to the market dynamics and lack the necessary skills to take the company any further than current revenues. They are flat to declining and have zero strategic capacity to improve the organization. It's broken by design and leadership has the unfortunate combination of ego + education + past success in a singular experience. They have never led beyond a "build and sell" environment and are trying to be something none of them have done successfully...it shows. RUN!!

My overall experience was one that constantly highlighted that success is few and far between, and reps come and go without what appears to be little attention to addressing the root issues.

Good company. Great product. It’s all on you from prospect to closing. Aggressive quotas. Will have to whale hunt to hit quota
