Sell the cameras or leave slash be kicked out of the club. It’s a drink the kiolaid kind of place where you need to be all in to make it. When they don’t have competitive pay for the mid market space.

Everything you read about Verkada on RepVue, Glassdoor, Reddit, etc is very accurate. Some reps walk into territories that have been built out by their predecessor, while others are starting from the ground up. The higher the salary level, the higher the quotas, and expectations.
