When I first started the comp plan was great. Base pay has always been on the low end for the industry but their comp plan made up for some of it. Then they changed that and I went from making 4-5k a month to maybe 2k on a really good month. Upper leadership would not listen and kept taking away our support and support tools putting more and more on our shoulders but not increasing our pay.

Decent company to work for, in my opinion this is a great place to work if you don’t have much experience in sales.
