Former Employee4.4Feb 4, 2024The overall experience was ok. It was amazing my first year. They offered everything, but then they got new management and we lost opportunities and privileges all around. Went downhill since covid. Lost transparency with customers and employees.

Training was more product driven with solution selling but didn’t cover more advanced holistic approaches to really build authentic rapport and undercover challenges of potential client

Then they changed that and I went from making 4-5k a month to maybe 2k on a really good month.
