As far as the performance metrics though, they varied over the course of my tenure. As of late though most of the reps (85+%) have been outsourced, and the degree to which they wanted us to upsell and cross sell was just ridiculous. Also, many many reps just give wrong info, set wrong expectations, and a lot of the job was always cleaning up other reps messes that had been created, whether from a store or from CX. I actually got really good at cleaning up messes that is a skill within itself. Browse Other Reviews
