This culture is pretty toxic in some areas. Very much “what have you done for me lately” and a lot of favoritism. Paying people half their commission a year later is just a way to not pay reps for their work. They try to find every excuse not to pay reps for deals.

Terrible, Management = a joke inbound lead flow = negative market fit= pretty well, but product too expensive for anyone to even take a look at the SMB level If you like commission and good management - stay far away
