Former Employee3.3Aug 11, 2023Vmware is a great company with great products that customers like to use. However the culture is engineering driven and there is not much respect for sales as they are a "necessary evil".

Current Employee3.6Dec 19, 2023My overall experience was great with VMware before BC acquisition. BC culture is a little different and the work life balance isn't as good as VMware's. BC will do a good a job shrinking the portfolio/sku's but during the transition period it is hard on customers/partners.
