I come from our industry and worked in the organization for a year before taking a career pivot into Sales. I find there are a lot of competencies were lacking strength that should be tablestakes at an organization that's been in operation and previously public for over 16 years.

My experience was good until the company was acquired by a private equity firm early 2023, and then merged with our largest competitor. Our account teams were constantly changed and management reduced the number of customers we could work with, drastically impacting ability to achieve quotas.
