Former Employee3.4Aug 7, 2024Overall great experience during my tenure at Upwork- though in the last 12 months there has been extensive VP turnover within the Enterprise org - GM, VP of Sales, VP of Sales Ops and VP of Marketing has all departed the business. They seem to be shifting focus/resourcing/prioritization away from sales-led growth to PLG.

Current Employee2.6Apr 22, 2024When I starter at Upwork, it was amazing. The leadership, support, compensation structure, and team culture were awesome. Especially for a new hire right out of college. The past year has been a different experience and it really went down hill.
