Overall great experience during my tenure at Upwork- though in the last 12 months there has been extensive VP turnover within the Enterprise org - GM, VP of Sales, VP of Sales Ops and VP of Marketing has all departed the business. They seem to be shifting focus/resourcing/prioritization away from sales-led growth to PLG.

Front line sales leadership was amazing, but lessened as it went up the chain. Leadership training was available and well structured, and we had funds available for extra development and training.
