Not terrible but was by no means a rocket ship. I wouldn't even consider it an airplane. The vessel I would attribute it to is a sailboat.

Overall great experience during my tenure at Upwork- though in the last 12 months there has been extensive VP turnover within the Enterprise org - GM, VP of Sales, VP of Sales Ops and VP of Marketing has all departed the business. They seem to be shifting focus/resourcing/prioritization away from sales-led growth to PLG.

Overall bad experience. Leadership seems unaware of product fit, clients do not see product as any more than staffing. Annual layoffs. You cannot trust leadership.
