Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My experience at Upwork was choppy, at best, from the start. The challenge the Enterprise team faces is the Upwork market place. The market place is free to sign up and if your organization spends enough, they will receive the same customer support as an Enterprise customer. Enterprise customers are charged a sub fee along with a service (minimum 3X the cost of the marketplace). Reps are essentially BDR's and inbound leads are close to non-existent. Browse Other Reviews
