Former Employee1.7Dec 18, 2023Working at this org was a challenge. Long sales cycle. They do not have a product, Ent just sells a managed service that the customer can perform themselves. The only difference between this and the free version is net 30 billing.

Former Employee3.1Aug 16, 2024There is significant opportunity/white space, but senior leadership has shifted focus to profitability, which means things run lean, and resources are not as available as they once were. The comp model has changed over 2x over the past 8 months, which most point to cost-cutting efforts.

Former Employee3.4Aug 7, 2024Overall great experience during my tenure at Upwork- though in the last 12 months there has been extensive VP turnover within the Enterprise org - GM, VP of Sales, VP of Sales Ops and VP of Marketing has all departed the business. They seem to be shifting focus/resourcing/prioritization away from sales-led growth to PLG.
