When I starter at Upwork, it was amazing. The leadership, support, compensation structure, and team culture were awesome. Especially for a new hire right out of college. The past year has been a different experience and it really went down hill.

Disaster of a sinking ship, and it starts at the top. Least effective CEO I've ever dealt with. Entire c-suite besides her has churned in the last twelve months, and many of those jobs have churned for the third time since she took over three years ago.
