Not a bad company at all. Upland sells a broad variety of products to various sectors of the economy. Pros: uncapped commission, catered lunch several days a week, work from home on Fridays, the tools to be successful are easy to use and have a low learning curve. Nightmare zone. Dont bother with DSR Positions. Too many products and zero help from marketing or SDRs. If you wanna be a fukk time SDR and Full Time AE than this role is for you. Outbound outbound outbound. Hire and fire sales department

Do NOT work for this company. I realize the Job market for sales is tough and saturated with layed of AE's AM's SDRS and CSMs. But you will not last more than 5 months. and having a short term Job hop wont look good.
