Not a bad company at all. Upland sells a broad variety of products to various sectors of the economy. Pros: uncapped commission, catered lunch several days a week, work from home on Fridays, the tools to be successful are easy to use and have a low learning curve. Cons: Some products sell easier than others, the training and development aren’t dialed in but it’s work in progress. Base compensation could be more competitive but commission is uncapped so can make 6 figures selling the right product.

Do NOT work for this company. I realize the Job market for sales is tough and saturated with layed of AE's AM's SDRS and CSMs. But you will not last more than 5 months. and having a short term Job hop wont look good.
