Tech is very well placed. However lately leadership has deteriorated, and the new fy comp plan has more “stick” than “carrot” for punishing churn. Global brand needs work to elevate sales efforts.

GTM Strategy changes with each passing year. Compensation changes with each passing year. Leadership changes with each passing year. That said you can make serious money if you get a list of good accounts. If bad accounts, its not so good. CEO Rob Enslin has improved a good company. Previous managers in sales were not prepared for larger deals or longer sales cycles. The past year has been very invigorating with product, market fit and sales leadership all being greatly improved. Been hear for 3 years and very optimistic about next year for sellers.
