GTM Strategy changes with each passing year. Compensation changes with each passing year. Leadership changes with each passing year. That said you can make serious money if you get a list of good accounts. If bad accounts, its not so good. I have seen several really good reps get axed after working less than a year and had terrible accounts that Sales Leader was aware of. Its also a very intensive project planning environment where a high % of time is spent on internal demands.
