CEO Rob Enslin has improved a good company. Previous managers in sales were not prepared for larger deals or longer sales cycles. The past year has been very invigorating with product, market fit and sales leadership all being greatly improved. Been hear for 3 years and very optimistic about next year for sellers.

Base compensation is great, but getting to your goal is complex. One BDR is shared among the entire team so leads are rare.

In my three years, the only constant was change. Internal power struggles and short term thinking run rampant. Product is late to deliver AI solutions to market. Large churn in the enterprise. There are a lot of great things about working at UiPath, but the company is in disarray
