The good: Company has a good product that customers like. The ROIs are strong. Compensation package is very competitive. Fast growing company to 1.5B in revenue in just 5-6 years of enterprise selling. Despite a group of competitors gathering on horizon- UiPath is the best in class product in its market. Room to improve: Continual changes in Executive (C-Level) management is disruptive. Mid Level Management is status conscious and insular. Zero internal candidates get promoted. Stock performance is a nightmare for such a fast growing company. Financial guidance to street is both inconsistent and historically wrong which slashes (down 60-80%) RSU packages. All in all, the positive outweigh the negatives for most- great product, good fit. Some real challenges that need to be improved that has an impact on overall experience

UiPath is a good company to work for. The company is currently trying to figure out how to best compete with the large software firms, as we have won the RPA market and are in the process of pivoting to an AI first company.
