Good place to make money, but a lot of politics and tough to make a carrer. Lots of changes every year with GTM and other areas been impacted

GTM Strategy changes with each passing year. Compensation changes with each passing year. Leadership changes with each passing year. That said you can make serious money if you get a list of good accounts. If bad accounts, its not so good. after good year(s) and high achievements and relatively attractive commission plan recent changes like 50-70% quota increase and much worse commission plan are frustrating top sales
