Very poor leadership - limited career growth / opportunities to enhance ones skillset. Due to product simplicity, tenured leadership lacks knowledge on navigating strategic/complex sales. Consumption based quota results in many falling well behind with no opportunity to get back on track.

Everyone knows Uber, which makes your prospecting warm on its own. Some inbound leads, but you have to outbound seriously if you want to hit quota. The main thing is, Uber for Business is a nice to have and not a must-have. Hard to drive urgency on deals.
