U4B leadership and culture has improved over the last year. Roles are more clearly defined and teams and pulling in the same direction. Overall a good sales org that is continuing to grow and refine. Very ambitious growth goals and an exciting time to be a part of the org.

Leadership has changed strategies multiple times in the time I've been here and expecting that to happen again at EOY. White space is shrinking leading to uncertainty about opportunity going forward

Leadership is highly numbers oriented. Little to no recognition for efforts and achievements in this role. Regardless of what strategy is working for an individual, call and email metrics are measured heavily on a weekly basis. Weekly numbers are looked at heavily as opposed to monthly numbers.
