Overall exp, was horrible. Do not work here. They're hiring hard due to the private equity, and touting their ONE advantage. It's no advantage, its just smoke and mirrors to get clients to see and advantage that isn't there... Management is holier than thou self-righteous.

It’s like any other insurance broker job. Pay can be good but the company is behind the times with technology and support for sales.

For a brokerage they have a market leading compensation structure. The territories are pretty set so do not expect inbound. It’ll be 100% outbound for most until you start getting referrals. Sales driven culture with a solid support apparatus to manage day to day of clients.
