Overall excellent experience here. Excellent leadership, for sales reps and sales managers terrible base pay but OTE is decent. If you exceed quota there is really good upside on incentive comp.

Leadership and culture are exceptional, rare. Product-Market fit is completely in alignment. Working at Jack Henry is so worth it because of these things that making a little less money is ok.
