It's no advantage, its just smoke and mirrors to get clients to see and advantage that isn't there... Management is holier than thou self-righteous.

Not an overly strong sales culture, but will help you become technically proficient quickly. Over invested in internal tech and under invested in service team development. A few tweaks from being a really awesome place to work and sell.
