My overall experience was good for right out of college. Alot of work and easy to get burnt out because you do not have teams to help. Competition is high and customers do not see value. If you have a good boss, you can make it through. If you dont, you see alot of turnover.

Variable comp is largely uncontrollable due to YoY component on existing book of business. This is not a pure sales role, and the base is not high enough to be structured as a retention or customer success position. It is challenging to earn a consistent living here

Executive level decisions are baffling (or not) and focused only on short-term gains over long-term benefits. Two major layoffs in four years have gutted company culture and morale.
