Still trying to gain brand awareness… deal participation is lower than you’d expect. Expect to hunt for every opportunity unless you are connected in partner ecosystem. Earning potential is top notch for lower midmarket but you will have to work for it.

Ukg spend lots of money on marketing and advertising now but that wasn't always the case. Lots of leads are not properly scrubbed and causes lots of unnecessary follow ups.
