My experience at UKG has been overwhelmingly positive. I’ve been given a ton of opportunity to develop and move up in leadership quickly in the organization. There are some lingering challenges from the merger and our continued growth. Those who take the challenges head on are rewarded.

The benefits and comp plan is very rewarding but that’s about it. Very political company that keeps you if they like you. Promotions are based off who management likes more and reps are let go based on the relationship they have with leadership. The sales process in the SMB space does not work and service for clients is awful.
