UKG has a real identity crisis. Post merger, they have no idea who they are as a company why they are different than the countless HCM companies in the space. Great culture and a lot of autonomy. The product is very powerful, yet very clunky and not designed to sell into mid-market. The implementation times are very long and unsophisticated buyers find the product a little daunting. Additionally, the CRM management is absolutely the worst. UKG is a good Global company. The problem is at the regional leaderships like LATAM, where the policies considerations and execution depends on the regional VP which are not aligned to the UKG Global Values
