Worst leadership I've ever worked with. No communication or training. Poor brand recognition. Poor marketplace value perception. They lie to clients about service in the sales process.

Too many change going on at the moment. No one feels safe, even reps and managers that are hitting their number.

Given all the tools necessary to be successful in a BDR role. Not a clear path to AE and company does not typically promote from within although there are programs being put in place to address this.
