Twilio is the industry leader. However, we let go of SDRs, CSMs, many TAMs, and put a lot back on the AEs. Also we have changed comp plans 2 times a tear the past 2 years as well.

My overall experience is great. Twilio is an amazing company that really invests in its employees. Restructurings over the past few years added some turbulance, but Twilio has always tried to improve the experience of their employees.

Twilio is a fantastic organization. I left about a year ago. The leadership was undergoing changes and lacked clarity/vision but the pay was fantastic. The culture was a bit entitled and focuses a lot on DEI.
