Twilio is a fantastic organization. I left about a year ago. The leadership was undergoing changes and lacked clarity/vision but the pay was fantastic. The culture was a bit entitled and focuses a lot on DEI. The role of Enterprise reps was shifting to be much more similar to a CSM/AM Overall a lot of really great and nice people who were competitive but not always the most competent.

This company has completely fumbled its unicorn success, bungling everything it touches and that absolutely includes how they’ve run their Sales org. Everything is a mess and nothing indicates that it will getting better.
