This company has completely fumbled its unicorn success, bungling everything it touches and that absolutely includes how they’ve run their Sales org. Everything is a mess and nothing indicates that it will getting better.

Lead flow drastically went down after Covid era was over and also after SendGrid fully was absorbed into Twilio.

Twilio is the best company I ever worked for. There's a lot of startup type problems for a company this large, but management seems to always operate in the best interest of their employees
