Current Employee2.0May 14, 2024Tulip is poorly managed with less than 10% of reps hitting quota and huge pressure from an embedded cult of middle management. Amazing, amazing product. But couple the low quota with a terrible base, and this quickly becomes a “pass” for any smart rep. Expecting 70% (seriously) turnover this year in the sales team.

Former Employee2.6Sep 13, 2024Unless you are a ruthless prospector and have 5+ years of selling software to Manufactures.. you may want pause before applying. They will not train you and the base pay / commission is very low compared to other companies.
