Okay. The in person training did not prepare us for being out in the field at all. You just get thrown in the fire and figure out how to not get burnt

Unrealistic job preview! I was told that there were more inbound and internet leads than they could handle. I was also told we’d be walking in neighborhoods to visit current customers to upsell/cross-sell them on other products. All of the marketing is put into residential sales. Zero into commercial. NO incoming leads. All 100% self-generated. Quota's climbed nearly 60% YOY. No new products...no new marketing. Just because; no rationale behind it.
