Okay. The in person training did not prepare us for being out in the field at all. You just get thrown in the fire and figure out how to not get burnt

So far it’s trash, every customer is upset because of bad service, the bad service is a result of “veteran sales reps”, who’ve been here for years, just under measuring properties to sign the customer up with a price they like, but that just leads to the technician not being able to service the full lawn in time for their route, and that process just becomes a big...Read More
