My experience has not been bad.. The job comes with online training which is actually very helpful. The hands on training is not bad either but gets repetitive over time. The job itself is the same things everyday. Selling Door to Door as well as a little cold calling. Overall good atmosphere but managers are very laid back and can let things slip through the cracks.

Okay. The in person training did not prepare us for being out in the field at all. You just get thrown in the fire and figure out how to not get burnt

My overall experience was good apart for rude people at time the management was very good and the team was great. I do wish we dealt more with inbound calls/d2d
