Former Employee2.4Jan 29, 2024Poor, cult-like leadership. They claimed the last round of layoffs were "performance-based" but 3 of them were on paternity leave. Product is questionable. They don't care about your growth. And you have to play the political game & be a yes man to maintain, nevermind advance, your career here.

Toxicity and gaslighting was hidden well when things were going well, but since pivoting to software, we can't figure it out.
