Quota used to be attainable but not anymore. A lot of changes in compensation & leadership. Path to promotion used to be clear but not anymore. Compensation was lowered greatly mid quarter.

Really fun team. Actually acts like a team, which is rare in sales. Performing well. Went through some changes last year, but cooking now.

I had a solid experience with Tropic and my coworkers. Overall the company seems to be heading in the right direction. While there are some areas that need improvement, it is still a scrappy startup that is clawing its way through the market.
