Account Management practice is still very immature from an organizational standpoint. Over 50% turnover on the team in the first 6 months of this year. The director was let go and I believe there is still no leader in place. This is a good opportunity for a young, very hungry sales professional.

100%+ quarterly attainment every quarter but the last two. Two headcount reductions for two missed quarters: 1 CS oriented and 1 sales-oriented. Shifted approach in Q1 and on track for 100%+ again. Now, actively hiring again and hitting targets.
